Jarl started their career as a Junior Researcher at Amrop, where they spent over a year conducting research for financial services clients. Jarl then transitioned to Mybanker, where they spent six months as a Junior Consultant before moving to Bain & Company. At Bain, Jarl worked as an Associate Consultant Intern for four months, conducting analysis and supporting project teams on a variety of projects.

After Bain, Jarl joined the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Consultant. Jarl spent two years at BCG, working on projects focused on private equity and corporate development. In their role as Strategy Lead at TrackMan, Jarl managed a team of strategy associates and analysts and led high-priority strategy projects across the organization. Jarl then transitioned to Thylander, where they currently lead strategy and business development as an Associate Partner.

Jarl Greve has an MSc in Strategic Management from HEC Paris, where they were in the top 1% of their class (top of class) and on the Dean's List. Jarl also has a BSc in International Business from Copenhagen Business School, where they were in the top 5%. Jarl has also been in the top 5% of their class (First Class Honours) at National University of Singapore. Jarl has an A+ from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
