Monika Dmochowska is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Interim Head of People at Tidio, where responsibilities include overseeing core HR functions and reporting directly to the C-level team. Monika previously held roles at Tidio as Head of Talent Acquisition and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, focusing on executive-level and international recruitment. Initiating her career at Tidio as the first HR hire, Monika established the People & Culture department and implemented standardized recruitment processes. Prior experience includes positions as a Recruitment Specialist at Twój Personel HR Solutions, a Freelance Author for Harvard Business Review Polska, a Recruiter at KS Service Sp. z o.o., and an Assistant Psychologist at SP ZOZ Zdroje. Monika holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Uniwersytet Szczeciński and a postgraduate diploma in HR Management from WSB Schools of Banking in Poland.
