Brittany Horner

Brittany has 20+ years of experience in learning and performance development, organizational change management, organizational transformation, leading and coaching teams, and motivating teams to optimal performance. She spent many years as an instructional designer, engagement manager, and senior consultant before helping to start a learning consulting firm in Chicago. As a partner, Brittany served as the Director of Learning Solutions and then as VP of Client Services.
