Chief Scientist at TiER1 Performance

Terence Andre has dedicated their career to improving performance in organizations. Terence has served as Chief Scientist at TiER1 Performance Solutions since 2008, where they help organizations improve by improving the performance of their people. Prior to joining TiER1, Terence served as Chief, Training Research Branch at the Air Force Research Laboratory from 2000 to 2003. Terence then went on to serve as Associate Professor & Deputy Dept Head for Research at the US Air Force Academy from 2003 to 2007. In their previous role as Assistant Professor & Director of Financial Mgmt at the US Air Force Academy from 1994 to 1997, Terence was responsible for the financial management of the research department. Terence also spent time as a Senior Associate/Human Factors Engineer at TG O'Brien & Associates from 2007 to 2008 and as a Human Factors Scientist at the Air Force Operational Test & Evaluation Center from 1990 to 1994. Terence's experience and expertise have made him a valuable asset to organizations seeking to improve their performance.

Terence Andre has a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Adult Education, Training, and Development from Regis University, a Ph.D. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and a B.S. in Behavioral Sciences/Human Factors from the United States Air Force Academy. Terence also has a Graduate Certificate in Positive Organization Development from Champlain College.
