Thobile Radebe

Thobile Radebe is an experienced professional in the personal care and home care sectors, currently serving as the HPC Technical Brand Manager at Tiger Brands since March 2019. Responsibilities include overseeing R&D activities related to formulation and packaging for various product categories such as body care, haircare, and aircare. Previously, Thobile held multiple roles at Unilever from 2000 to 2021, including Home Care Consumer Insights Manager and R&D Regional Manager for Face Care and Afro Hair, focusing on developing consumer-relevant formulations and leading teams in innovation. Thobile began a career at Unilever as an Appraisal Technologist and held roles related to technical performance testing and R&D for hair care products. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (BSc. Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Cape Town.
