Chhavi Anand

Chhavi Anand is the Chief of Staff at Tigerhall. Prior to joining Tigerhall, they were a Senior Analyst on the Sales Strategy team at Salesforce from August 2018 to June 2020. In their role at Salesforce, Chhavi was responsible for leading go-to-market strategy and investment planning through data-driven recommendations on ACV performance, market opportunity, product fit and customer buying potential. Chhavi also ran core operations/business cadence for the sales organization, including forecasting, quarterly business reviews, performance and productivity analysis, target/budget setting, quota design, and compensation planning. Chhavi excelled in their role at Salesforce, and was able to increase cross-sell ACV by identifying and developing targeted sales & marketing plays for under-penetrated/whitespace accounts. Chhavi was also instrumental in driving decision making and project execution across the organization, and was known for their ability to align cross-functional partners to achieve growth targets.

Chhavi Anand has a Master of Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the Shri Ram College of Commerce. Chhavi also attended Sanskriti School.
