Kumar Pratyush

Kumar Pratyush has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 as a Summer Intern at IBM. Kumar then worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at ESCP Europe, where they assisted in research and evaluation. After that, they worked as a Consultant at Mairie de Paris, where they played a leadership role in a team and presented findings on the best practices of global cities.

Kumar then joined Axis Bank as a Management Trainee and later held roles as a Relationship Manager and Senior Manager in the MNCs and Large Corporates division.

Following their time at Axis Bank, Kumar joined Michael Page International, where they started as a Consultant and went on to become a Senior Consultant and Managing Consultant in the Analytics and Digital practice. Notably, they qualified for the Platinum Club, the highest success recognition, within their first year.

Kumar then joined LinkedIn as an Enterprise Sales Manager, contributing to their vision of creating economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce. Kumar worked at LinkedIn for nearly three years before joining Tigerhall as a Regional Director in APAC Sales.

Currently, Kumar holds the position of Head of Sales - JAPAC & ANZ at Aavenir.

Kumar Pratyush holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Management, Marketing, and Strategy from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. Kumar also has a Master's in Management degree with a focus on Marketing, Strategy, Negotiation, Neurosciences, and Cinema from ESCP Business School. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science & Engineering at Jamia Millia Islamia. Kumar'ssecondary education was completed at Delhi Public School, Vidyut Nagar, specializing in the Science field. In addition to their formal education, Kumar Pratyush has obtained several certifications in various fields such as sales strategies, executive presence, AWS, organizational learning, and development, and selling to executives.
