Fares Mohammed

Fares Mohammed is an experienced professional in People Operations, currently serving as Associate Director for KSA & Africa at TikTok, where responsibilities include leading HR functions and enhancing the employee experience. Prior to TikTok, Fares held the position of Senior Manager in People Operations at Careem, overseeing the employee journey and aligning people strategies with organizational goals.
