Jiayi (Ray) Cao is the Managing Director, Global Head of Monetization Product Strategy & Operations at TikTok. He joined TikTok in July of 2019 as Head of NA & EU Product Marketing. Cao leads Global Product Strategy & Operations for TikTok, including Ads Solution Commercialization, Product GTM Strategy, and Product Operations

Previously, Jiayi spent over six years at Google, most recently serving as Commercilization Lead, Google Shopping Ads.

Jiayi earned his Bachelor of Engineering from Shandong University in 2008 and his MS in Marketing from University of Rochester in 2011.
