Kelsie Johnston

Kelsie Johnston is an experienced professional in the beauty and eCommerce sectors, currently serving as the Head of Beauty & Personal Care and US Commerce Lead, Beauty at TikTok since April 2023. In addition to this role, Kelsie is an Advisory Board Member at both Flock AI and Kelsie's New Standard. Previously, Kelsie held senior positions at Coty, including Senior Director and Director of US eCommerce & Digital, and worked at Walmart eCommerce as Senior Category Manager & Interim Director of eCommerce, Beauty. Kelsie's career began at Macy's and includes various planning and buying roles at Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, as well as an internship at Lacoste. Kelsie holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Communication Studies from the University of Florida and has completed the HBC Executive Merchandising Training Program at the Fashion Institute of Technology, along with a semester abroad in Fashion Merchandising at the University of Westminster.
