Oliver Hughes is the current CEO at Tinkoff Bank. Prior to their current position, Mr. Hughes was with 2020 Delivery from May 2015 to November 2016 as a Principal Consultant. 2020 Delivery is the UK’s leading public service consultancy that provides innovative improvements for public service clients. Mr. Hughes was responsible for strategy and business planning, new clinical models, financial recovery and turnaround, delivery planning, organization development and transformation, capability building, operational improvement, digital service transformation, insight solutions, and accessing experts.

From September 2011 to May 2015, Mr. Hughes was with Tesco as the UK Operational Development Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for developing and managing projects across various functions in order to support the growth of Tesco’s UK operations.

Mr. Hughes began their career in January 2011 as a Juice Supply Chain Analyst with innocent drinks where they were responsible for analyzing the company’s supply chain and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency. In October 2009, they became a Consultant with Stroud Consulting where they worked on a variety of projects with clients in different industries before leaving in May 2011.

Oliver Hughes completed a MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
