Mélanie Lim

Mélanie Lim is a seasoned UX Researcher and Service Designer with extensive experience in user research and design across various sectors. Currently, Mélanie serves as a UX Researcher and Service Designer at Tinubu, following a role as Lead User Researcher at Cityscoot, where responsibilities included continuous improvement of client applications and conducting market and hardware research. Prior experience includes positions as User Research & Squad Leader and User Researcher at SPARCK, where Mélanie managed user research processes and facilitated workshops to enhance user experiences. Additional roles involved product design at Atos and GESTFORM, focusing on modernizing training processes and developing new digital tools. Mélanie holds degrees from ENSC - Bordeaux INP and UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
