Daylan Romaniuk

Daylan Romaniuk is a seasoned professional in value engineering and strategic customer growth with experience at notable companies such as Tipalti and Slack. Currently serving as a Senior Value Engineer at Tipalti since September 2025, Daylan previously held senior managerial roles focused on customer growth at Slack from April 2022 to June 2025 and contributed to business value consulting at Hootsuite from July 2018 to April 2022. Daylan co-founded Portage Marketing, specializing in millennial marketing solutions, and served as a seminar lecturer at the Alberta School of Business. Early career experiences include roles at ATB Financial, NFL Canada, and Orangetheory Fitness, highlighting a diverse skill set in marketing and analytics.
