Mary S. Flipse

Mary S. Flipse is the current Chief Legal & Administrative Officer at Tivity Health. Mary has held this position since December 2020. Prior to this, they were with Tivity Health from March 2016 to December 2020 as the Chief Legal & Admin Officer and Corp Secretary. From August 2011 to March 2016, they were with Healthways as the Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel and Corp Secretary. Finally, from May 2005 to July 2011, they were with Pfizer as the Assistant General Counsel and Vice President. In this role, they were responsible for all international legal support to subsidiaries, including export control (FCPA, ITAR, and Dept of Commerce regulations).

Mary S. Flipse has a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, as well as certificates from Eötvös Loránd University and Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg in law. Mary also has a BA in political science & international relations and another BA in political science from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). Mary is certified by The Supreme Court of the United States, the New York State Unified Court System, and the Board of Professional Responsibility of the Supreme Court of Tennessee.
