Orlando Rivera

Orlando Rivera is an experienced professional in the construction and engineering sectors, currently serving as the South Florida Area Manager for TLC Diversified, Inc. since May 2022. Prior to this role, Orlando held various positions at Florida Design Contractors, Inc., including Chief Operating Officer, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager from March 2013 to May 2022. Orlando's earlier career at Wharton-Smith, Inc. involved roles as Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Field Engineer from March 2007 to March 2013. Orlando began the professional journey as a Foreman at Desarrollos Metropolitanos, LLC from May 2005 to December 2006.
