Varsha has gained diverse work experience in the retail industry. Varsha most recently worked as a Senior Executive - Category and Growth at TMRW, an Aditya Birla Group Venture. Prior to this, they held the position of a Senior Sourcing Executive at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. for a few months. Varsha also worked as a Merchandiser at Bewakoof.com and A.S.A Impex, where they gained valuable experience in merchandising. Varsha also completed a Graduation Project at Arvind Lifestyle Brands Limited. Additionally, they had an apparel internship at CELEBRATIONS APPAREL LIMITED, Raymond, where they learned about various processes involved in shirt manufacturing and worked on projects related to quality management and process improvement.

Varsha's education history began in the year 2000 when they attended Gyan Bharti Modal Residential Complex. Varsha completed their A.I.S.S.E degree, studying Mathematics, Science, Social Science, English, and Hindi, and remained at the school until 2010. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2012, they attended Krishna Niketan, Patna, where they pursued their A.I.S.S.C.E degree, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Finally, Varsha enrolled at the National Institute of Fashion Technology India in 2013 and completed their Bachelor of Fashion Technology degree in Apparel and Textiles in 2017.
