Gloria Goeres

Gloria Goeres began volunteering with Together Rising in 2016 as a member of the Stewardship Team. She took on the additional role of Program Manager in 2019. Gloria is responsible for organizing things behind the scene: including program administration, donor outreach, communication management and assisting the Board. She also heads the Storytelling Team which ensures that Together Rising donors are kept informed about the good work their donations do. Gloria began her career path teaching elementary school and then transitioned to a position as the Operations Manager for the International Rhino Foundation. Although she loved working worldwide to save rhinos, the pull to return to helping families and children led her to Together Rising. Living in a world that presents challenges for families every day, she is thrilled to be a part of a team whose mission it is to turn those challenges into opportunities. When Gloria isn’t working, you can find her reading, watching TV, playing music or enjoying time with her family.
