Taylor Allen

Taylor Allen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Beginning with XTO Energy in 2007, where they worked as a Land Intern, Taylor provided support for landmen on various projects. Taylor then transitioned to KLIFE Ministries in 2009, taking on the role of Area Director, where they oversaw the organization, trained and managed staff and leaders, and developed and executed strategic plans. In 2012, Taylor joined Mosaic Community Church as a Campus Pastor and Life Groups Coordinator, overseeing one location of a multi-site church through strategic planning, counseling, and staff and leader development. In 2015, they moved on to CircuiTree, where they served as a Senior Business Analyst, analyzing complex business needs and delivering value-add solutions, as well as onboarding new enterprise clients. Currently, Taylor is working at Togetherwork as the Director of Operations, where they are responsible for overseeing operations for platforms such as togetherwork.com, bunk1.com, and circuitree.com.

Taylor Allen attended Jenks High School from 2000 to 2004. Taylor then enrolled at Texas Christian University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Entrepreneurial Management, Accounting and Finance from 2004 to 2008. After completing their undergraduate studies, they attended the Kanakuk Institute from 2008 to 2009, focusing on Biblical Studies, Youth, and Family Ministry. In 2018, they obtained a certification in "Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)" from LinkedIn.
