Frederick N. Cooper is the Senior Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at Toll Brothers. Frederick has over 25 years of experience in real estate finance, development, and investments.

Prior to joining Toll Brothers, Mr. Cooper was the Director of Corporate Finance and Planning at DKM Properties Corp., where they negotiated and financed complex Public-Private Partnerships for major urban redevelopment projects. Frederick also served as the financial point person for DKM's investment portfolio of industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use properties, closing over $200 million in deals during a time of industry distress.

Mr. Cooper began their career in affordable housing and economic development, working as a Project Manager / Economic Development Associate / Microfinance Associate at Kings (Brooklyn) Development Corp., South Bronx Overall Economic Development Corp. (SOBRO), and ACCION. Frederick then went on to work as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Business Development at New York City Financial Services Corp. (now New York City Economic Development Corp.).

Mr. Cooper has a long history of working on complex real estate deals and projects that have had a positive impact on communities. Their experience and expertise make him a valuable asset to Toll Brothers.

Frederick N. Cooper graduated from Brown University with an AB in English. Frederick then attended the Harvard University - Kennedy School of Government, where they earned a Master of Public Policy focused on finance and international development. Finally, they attended the New York University Graduate School of Business Administration, where they earned an Advanced Professional Program in Finance focused on corporate, international, and real estate finance.

They are on a team with Kira Sterling - Chief Marketing Officer, John K. McDonald - General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, and Martin P. Connor - Chief Financial Officer. Frederick N. Cooper reports to Douglas C. Yearley, Jr., Chairman & CEO.
