Paul Lilley

Paul Lilley currently serves as the Head of Geography at Tonbridge School, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Paul garnered extensive experience at Sevenoaks School from September 2014 to August 2025, functioning as Assistant Director of Environmental Sustainable Education, Head of Middle School Guidance, and Teacher of Geography. Earlier, Paul taught Geography at Ardingly College from September 2012 to August 2014 and worked as a Crude Oil Shipbroker at E.A. Gibson Shipbrokers Ltd from June 2003 to December 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Geography from King's College London, a PGCE in Secondary Geography from the UCL Institute of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Durham University.
