Lilian Ndungu, Ph.D., currently serves as the Agriculture Technology Advisor at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, focusing on digital transformation and innovation in Rwanda's agricultural sector. Simultaneously, Lilian is an Advisory Board Member for the Africa Food Fellowship, guiding strategies for food systems leadership and promoting inclusivity and climate resilience. Previous experience includes leading agricultural and food security initiatives at SERVIR E&SA, where Lilian spearheaded satellite-based technology innovations and established the Food Security Unit. Additional roles involved technical expertise in GIS for projects related to climate vulnerability and land data management. Lilian holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Nairobi, alongside a BBIT from Kenya Methodist University and a diploma in Information Technology from JKUAT.
