YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling customer requests and conducting 1st or 2nd level technical support

  • Ability to be a liaison on behalf of the customer to our Product Owners, Software Engineers & Embedded Team

  • Assist Sales Reps with product inquiries that will help close a sales order

  • Test and process defective hardware devices, communicate with customers accordingly

  • Handle on-boarding & product training sessions with customers

  • Support with Firmware Integrations that we do for our customers (e.g. CAN-Bus / RS485 protocol integration from their machine controller)

YOUR PROFILE

  • 1-2 years’ work experience in Customer Service/Support

  • Basic Background in Electronics (e.g. technical college)

  • You enjoy communicating with customers, are goal-oriented, and distinguish yourself through excellent communication skills and assertiveness

  • You have technical affinity and even in difficult situations you have the ability to stay calm, penetrate problems and topics in detail, and find creative solutions

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • You have excellent English skills, additional languages are a big plus, as we have a worldwide customer base

  • You are honest and challenge us with your open feedback to continuously develop our product & organization further
