Pasquanel Bailey

Pasquanel "PJ" Bailey is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in loan management and production. Currently serving as Producing Area Manager at Top Flite Home Loans since October 2025, PJ previously held similar roles at Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company, Inc. from March 2020 to October 2025, including Producing Area Manager, Producing Branch Manager, and Retail Sales Manager.
