Francesca Marciano PMP® is an accomplished eCommerce project manager with extensive experience in operations and customer experience across various industries. Currently serving as an eCommerce Project Manager in Operations at TopBuild since July 2025, Francesca previously held roles at Fossil Group, Inc. as an eCom Project Manager, focusing on fulfillment and logistics operations, and at WHP Global as an eCommerce Customer Success Manager, where operational strategy for direct-to-consumer eCommerce was developed. Prior to these positions, Francesca managed senior-level eCommerce operations and omnichannel fulfillment at TOM FORD, and built the first direct-to-consumer eCommerce channel for Robert Graham Designs. Francesca also has a background managing B2B eCommerce operations at Retailer Networks Inc. Francesca holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
