Eddie Parisi

Eddie Parisi is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. As the Director of Operations at Topgolf since December 2018, Eddie has demonstrated strong operational management skills. Prior roles include General Manager at Rocco's Tacos and Tequila Bars and Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Tavern, as well as F+B Operations Manager at Clevelander Hotel. Eddie's career began at Red Robin, where a seven-year tenure as General Manager highlighted effective leadership and team development. Eddie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Dean College, completed in 2000.
