Pauline Le Mercier is currently an Equipier(e) de service et de production at Topivo Restauration since October 2021, responsible for organizing and supplying products, welcoming customers, and coordinating services. As a student at ISCOM since September 2021, Pauline has also served as a Community Manager at Joséphine Vannier Chocolaterie d'art from November 2022 to February 2023, focusing on social media content creation and engagement. Previous experience includes working as a web writer for Les Sherpas, gaining skills in SEO and article writing, and participating in various roles at the Opera National de Paris, including figuration and costume assistance. Pauline holds a Baccalauréat from Lycée Saint-Michel de Picpus and is pursuing further education at ISCOM until June 2026.
