Sachin Soni, PMP®, has over 9.5 years of experience in operations and project management across various roles in multiple companies. Currently serving as Operations Head - Supply Chain & Business Support at TopSource Worldwide since April 2022, Sachin has also held positions as Partner Commercial Manager and Business Change & Integration Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Team Manager- HRO Implementation & Transition at Capita India and Project Lead at Neeyamo. Sachin worked as a Global Implementation Consultant at Safeguard Global and as Operations Manager at Aon Hewitt, where responsibilities included managing a Define Contribution domain, conducting training sessions, and mentoring team members. Early career experience includes working as a CCE at IBM Daksh. Sachin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Delhi University, obtained in 2009.
