Amanda Amato

Amanda Amato is an experienced professional currently serving as the Acting Dispatch Supervisor and Dispatcher for the Community Safety Unit at Toronto Community Housing since April 2020. In this role, Amanda is responsible for managing emergency calls, dispatching services, and maintaining communication with safety personnel. Prior experience includes serving as a security guard for GardaWorld and as a simulation lab facilitator and field placement coordinator at Humber College, where Amanda contributed to the education and training of students in the Protection, Security, and Investigation programs. Additional experience includes a long-term position as Lead Kitchen at Swiss Chalet Restaurant. Amanda holds educational credentials from Humber College.
