Angel Zheng currently serves as Senior Governance Counsel at Toronto Hydro, a position held since January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Governance Counsel at Starkman Barristers and practicing as a Lawyer with a focus on corporate and commercial litigation, cross-border arbitration, and regulatory law. As a Co-Founder of Tangol Technologies Limited, Angel Zheng contributed to the startup's development from 2016 until October 2021. Previous roles also include articling student and summer law student at Owens Wright LLP, caseworker at Queen's Business Law Clinic, and legal intern at the Law Office of Joseph Malmazada. Angel Zheng holds a Juris Doctor from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Toronto, with further studies at Bader College.
