Domenic Luisi

Domenic Luisi, CHRL, is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in employee and labour relations. Currently serving as Manager of Employee Labour Relations at Toronto Hydro since September 2017, Domenic oversees a team while providing training and guidance in the department. Previous roles include Employee Labour Relations Consultant, where expert advice on collective agreements was offered, and HR Analyst, focusing on data analytics related to absenteeism and performance.
