Oleg Epel

Oleg Epel is a Solutions Architect specializing in application development and infrastructure, currently employed at Toronto Hydro since April 2024, where responsibilities include designing scalable architectures for applications and integration with external IT platforms. Previously, Oleg held a Solutions Architect position at Bell Canada from April 2016 to December 2023, focusing on mission-critical applications' performance and security. Prior experience includes team leadership at CGI, technical roles at Rogers Communications and TELUS Communications, and software development at Sigma Systems Canada, among others. Oleg holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" and completed postgraduate studies in Computer Software Engineering at The Open University.
