Dylan Allen

Dylan Allen is the Company Director at Special Educational Needs Advice Service, where the focus is on empowering parents of young people with additional needs by providing comprehensive advice and support. Dylan also serves as the Lead Youth Worker for Inclusion and Personal Development at Torus, where their responsibilities include managing a team of youth workers and delivering special educational needs provisions. Dylan previously worked as a Special Educator at Teaching Personnel, where Dylan provided one-to-one support to a pupil with challenging behaviors. Dylan holds a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Liverpool John Moores University.
