Gregg Margosian

Gregg Margosian is the current COO & General Manager at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, Inc. Gregg was previously the Global Director, Product Development at IBM from January 2001 to July 2012. In their role at IBM, Gregg was responsible for reinvigorating the company's retail hardware and software portfolio. Gregg did this by introducing Agile development methodologies, which increased sales twice as fast as the industry rate. Gregg also introduced a comprehensive initiative that addressed systemic field issues, which improved hardware quality.
