Ayzada Bats

Ayzada Bats is the current Managing Director at TotalEnergies in Uzbekistan and has been in this role since 2023. With a background in energy management, they previously worked as Project Director and Country Manager at Total Eren and held various leadership positions at Uzbekgidroenergo JSC and SJSC Uzbekenergo, including Head of Department and Deputy Head of Department. Ayzada also gained experience at the Khokimiyat of Tashkent region and the Ministry of Innovation in 2018. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Economics at Tashkent State University of Economics.
