Natalie Bondareva is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk control and trading operations within the energy sector. Currently serving as Deputy CEO & Head of Trading Support at TotalEnergies since November 2018, Natalie leads the integration project of two trading organizations, focusing on strategy development and process optimization. Previously, as Vice President of Sourcing & Risk, Natalie managed centralized teams across five countries to forecast and hedge gas and power portfolios. Natalie's prior roles include Global Risk Control Project Manager at Total Gas & Power Ltd and Vice President of Risk Control at Total Gas & Power NA Inc., where responsibilities encompassed overseeing comprehensive risk management and trading result analysis. With a robust educational background that includes an MBA in Finance and International Business from Western Illinois University and a Red Diploma in International Economic Relations from Moscow State Institute of International Relations, Natalie brings significant expertise to the industry.
