Jason Grear

Jason Grear, CPA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at TOTE Group since July 2025. Prior to this role, Jason held key positions at U.S. Xpress, Inc., where responsibilities included EVP of Accounting & Finance and SVP, Chief Accounting Officer from March 2017 to July 2025. Jason's earlier experience includes a Senior Manager role at EY from June 2014 to March 2017, as well as a Senior Manager position at CBIZ MHM, LLC from January 2005 to June 2014. Education includes studies at The Wharton School from June 2022 to May 2023 and completion of a program at Harvard Business School in November 2021, alongside a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University from 2002 to 2004.
