Kate Meldrum

Kate commenced as Chief People and Capability Officer in November 2022 and has previously held various roles within thl including Chief Operating Officer - Australia. She joined thl in 1991 in the Sales and Marketing team as Account Manager for North America. She left in 1996 and held several part-time and contract marketing roles whilst raising a family before re-joining the company again in 2003 as Sales & Marketing Manager for New Zealand. Kate joined the Executive team in November 2009 as General Manager Marketing & Customer Experience and in April 2014 assumed responsibility for Group Revenue for the self-drive experience businesses, and overall responsibility for marketing and sales channels. Kate holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business from Auckland University.
