Irena Fridman

Irena Fridman has worked for Tower Semiconductor for several years. Irena started in 2012 as an Account Manager Assistant, and then advanced to become a Senior Customer Operations and Supply Chain Manager in 2013. In their roles, they managed customer accounts, maintained customer satisfaction, handled orders, and ensured compliance with service and legal agreements. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Operations Managers at Tower Semiconductor.

Irena Fridman completed their education at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 2019, focusing on Dynamic Project Management. Prior to that, they attended Braude Academic College from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. Additionally, Irena has obtained certifications in various customer service and communication skills through LinkedIn in 2021.
