Paula Calvo

Paula Calvo has extensive experience in the insurance and risk management sectors, having worked at Willis Towers Watson since September 1998 in various roles leading to the current position as Head of Operational Risk & Control. In this capacity, Paula oversees compliance with regulations and risk control processes and manages a team of three collaborators. Previous roles include Head of Client Service, where Paula acted as the main operational service representative for internal and external clients, and Jefe de Operaciones Administrativas, responsible for managing a larger team of 27 individuals across several operational processes. Additional experience includes significant positions such as Team Leader Sponsor and Senior Analyst, focusing on operational management, billing processes, and client interaction. Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson, Paula worked at Mercosur Compañía Americana de Seguros S.A as an Auxiliar de Siniestros and La Unión Agrícola Cooperativa de Seguros LTDA as a Recepcionista.
