Chris Mills

Chris Mills is an experienced professional in municipal administration and engineering, currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Town of Halton Hills since June 2004. Throughout this tenure, Chris has held multiple roles, including Acting Chief Administrative Officer and various commissioner positions overseeing Corporate Services, Transportation & Public Works, and Planning and Infrastructure. Prior to this, Chris developed expertise with the City of Toronto as a Senior Engineer and at Earth Tech, Inc. as a Project Engineer, along with a foundational role as a Transportation Planner at Marshall Macklin Monaghan. Chris holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, earned between 1990 and 1995.
