Thomas Boxley

Thomas Boxley currently serves as the Executive Director for the Town of Hilton Head Island, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas was the Senior Director of School Operations at KIPP Oklahoma Public Charter Schools from July 2022 to August 2023 and has also served as the Director of School Operations at KIPP Tulsa Public Charter Schools - University Prep High School from December 2018 to September 2022. Thomas holds a Master's degree in Human Relations with a focus on Organizational Development from the University of Oklahoma, along with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Langston University.
