Redate Haile

Redate Haile, PMP, M.S., serves as the Program Director for Your Ethiopian Professionals Network since April 2022 and holds the position of Adjunct Professor and First Year Experience Advisor at Towson University since August 2020. As the Chief Executive Officer of RigelOne Tech, Redate Haile has been leading the organization since January 2020. Additionally, Redate Haile is the Governance and Membership Committee Chair for the Digital WOSB Alliance from January 2024 to May 2025. Previous experience includes roles as Sr. Project Manager at Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC), Project Manager at Motorola Solutions and SBP CONSULTING, and Project Operations Associate at TEKsystems. Redate Haile's early career includes an internship at Motorola Solutions and founding a student-run café while attending Towson University. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Information System Technology from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Project Management and Business Analysis from Towson University.
