Chanel Hong

Chanel Hong is currently the Head of People at Toyota Research Institute, where they lead initiatives focused on employee experience and strategic initiatives. Previously, Chanel served as an Executive Assistant to CEOs at Upwork and Elance, helping to connect businesses with freelance talent. They also held roles at Lightspeed Venture Partners and Bonhams & Butterfields, further enriching their expertise in workplace operations and executive support. Chanel earned a degree in Art History from Mills College and has actively contributed to the Chief of Staff Association since 2023.
