Thomas Kohut

Thomas Kohut is a Principal Partner at TPXimpact, a B Corp™, where since October 2022, leadership has been provided to the Transforming Government cluster, forming partnerships with government organizations to enhance the digital public realm. Prior to this role, Thomas served as a Senior Partner and Principal Consultant at FutureGov, which later became TPXimpact, overseeing digital transformation projects in local and central government. Previous experiences include Project Director and Principal Consultant at Uscreates, focusing on service design for health and wellbeing, as well as a Policy Manager at the British Academy, tackling higher education and public policy initiatives. Additional roles include Head of Education and Skills and Group Manager for Manufacturing, Design and Innovation at Policy Connect, and various positions in public affairs and research. Thomas holds an MA with Distinction in Public Policy from King's College London and a BA in English from the University of Cambridge.
