Ali Tavakoli

Ali Tavakoli is an accomplished security professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and security engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Security Engineer at Trade Republic since June 2025, Ali has previously held significant roles at Moonfare as a Lead Security Engineer in Detection & Response and at APK Group as the Technical Security Services Lead. Throughout a progressive career spanning over a decade, Ali has demonstrated expertise in managed security services, security automation, SIEM implementation, and incident response, contributing to the development of open-source SIEM solutions and leading dynamic security teams. Ali holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Yazd University.
