Carolin Osthoff

Carolin Osthoff is a Senior Product Designer at Trade Republic, a leading European fintech company focused on democratizing wealth, where responsibilities include designing user-centric solutions for over 1 million users. Prior to this role, Carolin served as a Product Designer at FactoryPal, leading the design for the flagship product Boost and winning the iF Design Award for Machine Learning Software, while also establishing a team manifesto and design hiring process. Earlier experience includes a position as Junior Product Designer at advocado, Germany's first legal tech startup, and a role at GRAFfisch, where design processes were managed from ideation to implementation.
