Blake Darcy is the Executive Chairman at TradeWind Markets. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of Formula Investing from September 2008 to January 2013. Formula Investing created a series of mutual funds and separate account investment strategies for individual and high net worth investors using the systematic value investing strategies of Joel Greenblatt and Robert Goldstein. The firm is now known as Gotham Asset Management and manages money through private investment vehicles and institutional class mutual funds.

From January 2000 to January 2002, Blake Darcy was the Co-Founder and CEO of iNautix Technologies, a technology company that accelerated technology development for financial services firms using internet platforms. iNautix Technologies is now owned by BNY Mellon with over 5,000 technology employees.

Blake Darcy has also held the positions of Co-Founder and Chairman for Hutchison CSFBdirect from December 1999 to January 2002 and Co-Founder, Chairman for DLJdirect SFG from January 1999 to January 2002.

Lastly, Blake Darcy was the Founder and CEO of DLJdirect (also known as PC Financial Network (1987-1960) and CSFBdirect(2000-2002)) from September 1987 to January 2002.
