Erik Andersson

Erik Andersson is an HR specialist focused on recruitment at Trafikverket since April 2021, providing consultative and specialized support to managers at various levels throughout the competency-based recruitment process. Prior to this role, Erik worked as a staffing and recruitment assistant as well as a temporary consulting manager at Academic Work from July 2018 to September 2020. Erik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Human Resources, Work, and Organization from Stockholm University, obtained between 2018 and 2021.
