Susanne Stenberg

Susanne Stenberg is a Senior Researcher and legal expert on AI at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden since January 2020, focusing on applied AI and emerging policies. Stenberg serves as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Gothenburg, teaching on the intersection of AI and law, as well as AI in healthcare. Current roles include membership on the AI Standards Technical Committee with the Swedish Institute for Standards and positions on the Ethics Boards of THEMIS 5.0 and SEDIMARK. Stenberg has been involved with Trafikverket as a board member, overseeing maritime support matters, and has previously held roles as a research secretary at the Swedish Government Offices on various legal topics. Stenberg holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Gothenburg and has a diverse educational background, including studies in the USA.
