Jarrett MacKin

Jarrett Mackin has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Their most recent role is as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Transcarent, a company focused on providing easy access to affordable healthcare. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Klaviyo from 2019 to 2023. Notably, they were the Talent Acquisition Manager at CarGurus from 2014 to 2019, where they played a key role in building and scaling a highly successful international talent acquisition team. Jarrett also co-founded Top Rep Boston - Sales Community in 2014 and served as the Co-Founder until 2019. Before that, they held various roles such as Director of International Partnerships at Barcinno, Founder at PlaybackID, Senior Technical Recruiter at Hollister Inc, and Technical Recruiter at Apex Systems.
